Well caught in both word and image Alan.

We've had lots of these visiting us too, ours arrived mixed in with field fares. One of the joys of this weather is the new feathered friends we get to meet.

Hi Crafty, Hi Jem,

So what's happening re redwings, I thought they were on the red watch?

I'm really encouraged that we are seeing so many redwings, or is it because it's supercold enough for them to visit us?

Like this one very much. I love to see birds against barren trees. It's as if they become the leaves.
